ReMARKable Leadership identifies leaders in challenged communities who want to make a difference in their own neighborhoods. Neighborhoods where they have friendships based on trust and respect. These men and women are trained and coached to build on those relationships and invest in people... people who are sometimes in need, discouraged, disconnected, and often want more out of life. Local leaders invite their neighbors into their homes for meaningful life conversations.

How It Works Neighborhood leaders are encouraged to invest in relationships by addressing local needs, through service, encouragement and sometimes in the form of provisions like medicine or food. Leader training begins via email/chat prior to ReMARKable Leadership's arrival. Once on-site, face-to-face classroom training consists of proven group leadership methods where leaders invite neighbors to their homes, organize groups, and facilitate weekly discussions. Group members are encouraged to be authentic, fully engaged, ask questions as well as share their points of view. The groups gather for intentional conversations about life topics such as relationships, self/personal growth, faith, business, finances, and others. Group members are asked to consider a new starting point and personal change in these critical areas of life. Many groups meet for a few weeks while some decide to continue for years. Most importantly... the groups are a fun, safe place for thought-provoking conversation where many of the group members become lifelong friends.
